I love Pilates because not only is it an amazing workout but a philosophy to live by. When I work out with a Basic client, I pay particular attention to alignment and teach the concepts so as they progress they are able to, through self-awareness, find the flow in the work and be better able to place their bodies in better positions based on what I see. My hope is they are able to deepen the work as they progress, initiating the work in the studio and in their life through their Powerhouse . I am also Buff Bones licensed since 2012 in New York City, a medically-endorsed, full body workout for bone strengthening and balance. It's adaptable to varying levels, injuries, and is safe for those with osteoporosis.
