Hello! My name is Carmen Lanteigne. I am a wife, mom of two young men, and owner of Aligned Pilates Studio in Edmonton, Alberta. My passion is being a practitioner of pilates and I love mentoring new and long time teachers with their own training and teaching here in Edmonton. I know first hand what it is like to live removed from classical training centres and therefore, I enjoy sharing my knowledge with teachers and students in my local area. Having been a long time gymnast and more recently a certified pole dance teacher I enjoy working with aerialist, gymnasts, and dancers.
