Hi!
I finally got my Gratz wunda chair! I've had a Peak for years, but always wanted a Gratz. I can't believe the difference!
My question: Some days, I would like to do a 20 minute chair and 30-40 minute mat workout. Should I do chair first or mat first?

Hi!
Congrats on your new Wunda!!
The order you do your mat or wunda workout in is totally up to you--both will warm you up properly so you don't need a rule, just go with whatever your body is asking for that day.
And you'll be excited to hear that we're on a massive filming trip right now and have LOADS of new wunda workouts that we've just filmed so stay tuned for fun stuff!
