I'm getting back into Pilates after a long time off. Would you recommend starting with the Beginner Mat Progression or the Basic 30 Day Mat Challenge? I'm wondering if the 30 Day Challenge will give me enough of a review, or if I should start with the Mat Progression. Thanks!

I'd recommend the Beginner Mat Progression to start--you could also do the PrePilates series to start and then the Beginner Progression. I totally took PrePilates for granted till I filmed that series and at the end I was like, whoa!!
You'll start a little slow but the Beginner Progression builds quickly and ends with you at an Intermediate level.
At that point, the Basic or Intermediate Challenge would be great because you'll get to know more of our amazing teachers.
