Using 1-2 pound arm weights, Niedra begins with a standing series to improve posture and tone the entire upper body from your back to your forearms. She moves on to the mat adding weights here and there for extra strength and challenge. Yes, I agree. Angel is very very capable and well trained and what is so wonderful, she LOVES to work out and it shows. It is aways a pleasure to train someone so special. She is inspirational!
