magic! Particularly liked the explination of extending the spine with the focus of letting the bones of the back go in and the bones of the front sternum upward. Lovely.

Glad you are getting so much out of this class marjolein, the work is endless and for me, there is always another layer and another layer - I think you have the same experience with pilates.
