If you love the intensity of the Reformer, you will love this mat workout even more! In just 20 minutes, you’ll complete the entire Intermediate order, in all of it’s sweat-inducing glory. For one exercise you’ll want socks or a towel to slide your feet on a hard floor or a paper plate for carpet. Short, but strong workout. Good for when there isn't a lot of time to practice. The pelvic lift was brutal!
