Pilates expert Blossom Leilani Crawford created this Reformer workout with no forward bending. It’s an amazing workout for anyone but is particularly effective and safe to do for those who need to keep the spine straight due to low bone density, back problems like herniated discs, etc… You’ll work at an Intermediate-Advanced level and slow enough pace to integrate Blossom’s details that will pay off in the beautiful form you see in her students Suzanne and Stephanie. Nice to see additional thought to those who have low bone density like myself. I have recently focused on sessions with no flex ion. Thanks for the variations and Kathy Grant references. It was a pleasure to watch and learn!
