If you’re looking for a class that offers a balance of strength work along with stretchy and relaxing exercises, you’re in the right place. Join Alisa as she takes May through a mix of classical Mat work along with some favorite exercises using Joe Pilates’ springs. You don’t need a Cadillac for this class, Alisa uses only the apparatus on a Tower or Wall Unit so if you have a Rollback Bar, Legs Springs and a Push Through Bar, you’re good to go.

Great to see a class with a real client. Most of my clients are this level so this was very helpful! Really enjoying your site! I was not trained classically, I am learning so much! Thank you, thank you!

Hooray!! We are so happy you're here and enjoying Pilatesology Joanne! We have many more classes with all kinds of bodies lining up in the cue so keep watching. If there's a particular issue you'd like to see addressed, please let us know and we will film that class just for you.

Would love to see some special populations. I work with Parkinson's and MS clients, anything with lots of modifications. I need some fresh ideas for them. As the diseases progress, movement gets quite challenging. Any tips, ideas or suggestions would be great!

Hi, Alisa--my body has been "wonky" all week--knee swollen, back and shoulder pain...just finished this workout and found great moments of stretching and strengthening in my weak spots. Thanks for reminding me to slow it down some days!

I was hoping to see a full Tower workout that could be used in a class format.

Hi Sophia, Maybe you're looking for a more difficult Tower class? I think this one can be used in a class format for seniors. Try Molly Niles' Cadillac class if you want something a bit more advanced: https://pilatesology.com/classes/flowing-cadillac-workout/. If that's not what you're hoping for, send me a note with more specifics and we will make it happen for you :).

Intrigued by the furry bits on the leg springs. Are they Gratz straps and do they tighten around the foot?

Hi Gaile, Those are a cover that The Pilates Guy sells--they don't tighten the loop but they do provide a little softness and you can remove them for washing. They came with a used set of leg springs I bought.

Really great class to learn from Alisa. I am just learning to teach tower and this class has been such a help to get a better understanding of some of the movements. Also will be great stuff to use on a few of our clients. As always, thanks soooo much for providing such awesome info. in all your classes!

This class is great! More tower at this level please. I've used these exercises in my classes; they are great for people not yet used to the Tower. And I second the request for classes for clients with neurological issues.

Total body bliss! Looking forward to more tower classes at this level. Can’t wait to repeat this one! Thank you so much!

Alisa, I hope you do eventually do another but I’m getting a ton of benefit and enjoyment out repeating this one. I really love your classes!
