In Class 2 of our progressive series for beginners, Susan Moran Sheehy leads you through your workout with a bit more flow and challenge. You’ll begin with a centering breathing exercise to integrate movement and relieve stress. You’ll notice new muscles coming alive! Repeat this class or the previous one until you feel more stable and in control, that’s your cue that you’re ready to progress. Enjoy!
