I did this workout on a regular reformer with leather straps and got a great workout! Because it's a slower advanced series, it forces you to be very precise, and therefore, deep. And Alysa's usual meticulous cues are reminders of some of the little moves that we sometimes forget when doing a more flowing advanced series. Fun and sweaty!
