This quick self assessment test will reveal the amazing changes that a regular Pilates practice will give you. Make a note of what the 2 movements Alisa shows you feel like today and do them again after a few workouts. You're guaranteed to feel the difference!

Week 1 will have you start with our Pre-Pilates Progression! This series will likely seem very rudimentary and slow but it teaches some very important internal connections that totally pay off later. Make sure to click "Start Program" and "Complete Workout" to track your progress!
