Ugh does exercise fix everything?! I giggled when I saw this line in a recent article. The truth is, yes it does. Here are some surprising reasons to ‘just do your Pilates:’
1) It helps you digest. Your food that is. Pilates moves your guts which helps you, ahem, move your guts.
2) Pilates gets more done. Studies show that exercise increases productivity. Sheesh.
