3 surprising things Pilates does for you

Ugh does exercise fix everything?! I giggled when I saw this line in a recent article. The truth is, yes it does. Here are some surprising reasons to ‘just do your Pilates:’

1) It helps you digest. Your food that is. Pilates moves your guts which helps you, ahem, move your guts.
2)
Pilates gets more done. Studies show that exercise increases productivity. Sheesh.
3) Sets boundaries. Joe Pilates taught control through movement, knowing that your body is the first step to control in your life. Cool!
